On January 26, 2022, Clark Hudson and Madison Hutzler teamed up to successfully defend an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon in a lingual nerve injury jury trial. The patient claimed the doctor had negligently injured her lingual nerve during an extraction of her lower left wisdom tooth. The patient alleged the doctor had drilled through the lingual plate multiple times in efforts to extract the tooth. After a six-day trial, the jury returned a defense verdict on behalf of the doctor.
