Samantha Mills joined Neil Dymott Hudson as an associate in 2023. Ms. Mills’ practice areas include mainly defense of medical malpractice matters. She is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
Ms. Mills earned her law degree from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law in Malibu. While attending law school, Ms. Mills spent four semesters clerking through the externship program where she worked for a Los Angeles law firm handling family law matters and a San Diego law firm handling civil litigation, real estate, and corporate matters. She also earned a Certificate of Dispute Resolution through the Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine.
Prior to law school, Ms. Mills attended the University of California, Santa Barbara where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and obtained a Minor in the History of Art and Architecture. She graduated with honors and distinction in major for completing an Honors Thesis funded through an Undergraduate Research and Creative Activities Grant.
In her free time, Ms. Mills enjoys spending quality time with friends and family. She also loves exploring Little Italy for new restaurants, going to the beach, and enjoying the sunshine after growing up in Ohio.
